This notice covers the Rebecca Jones AI accounting communications pilot operated for RG21 LLC (RG). We use contact details, messages, receipts or expense details you provide, and call recordings and transcripts to handle accounting questions and follow-up.
Telnyx provides communication delivery, storage, transcription, and AI assistance. Cloudflare hosts this public information page. Authorized RG21 personnel and service providers that operate these services may process information to provide the requested service. Do not send passwords, full payment-card numbers, or tax identifiers.
Mobile information, text-message opt-in data, and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers may process this information only as needed to operate and deliver the messaging service.
Communications and consent records are retained for service operation, accounting review, and applicable recordkeeping needs. This pilot does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed period. Contact rebecca@rg1.in to request access, correction, or deletion; applicable recordkeeping obligations may limit deletion.
